ご予約についての確認事項

-Reservation Information-

●ご予約は3日前までにお願いいたします。

●お問い合わせフォームよりご予約の場合、予約状況を確認いたしまして2日以内にメールにてご連絡させていただきます。
●ご予約は予約完了メールのご返信をもって完了となります。
●2日以上経っても連絡がない場合は、何らかの原因でお問い合わせフォームやメールが送信されていない可能性がございます。大変お手数ですが、お電話にてご連絡くださいますようお願いいたします。

●お問い合わせフォームをご利用の場合は必ず「プライバシーポリシー」をご確認ください。送信をもって、プライバシーポリシーに同意されたものとさせていただきます。

●If you send a reservation request via the Inquiry form, we will check availability and contact you by email within two days.

●Your reservation is confirmed only after you receive our confirmation e-mail.

●If you do not receive our confirmation email within 2 days of submitting the Inquiry form or sending an email, it is possible that your message was not successfully sent due to some issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us by phone.
